VivaCell-MTS Armenia’s mobile operator and wholesale Internet provider GNC Alfa signed an agreement that enables the cellular operator to build its own high-speed fiber-optic backbone network, press service of the company reports.
The contract will enable the company to acquire optic fiber cable network owned by GNC Alfa, which stretch from the Armenian-Iranian border to Yerevan.
